I REALLY enjoyed listening to Barb’s Creating Happiness Teleseminar. I took several notes because a lot of what she said hit home – like live in the moment like a child and how your thoughts become reality and allowing myself to be happy and to stop telling myself to wait until I accomplish something and then enjoy it. Like I said, it really hit home. I want to replay it weekly.
I like how she shared personal examples to highlight almost all of her points. It helps me as a listener identify and let me guard down. Her voice was as if I was listening to a friend and not a ‘counselor’, which could help me relate more and find comfort.

One of the most remarkable things about our workshop, “Teens, Sex & Truth”, was the atmosphere. The topic of girls and sexual decisions can be a challenging one for parents to think and talk about, and I bet a lot of parents aren’t comfortable talking about it at all. Inviting parents precisely for the purpose of hearing, learning, and talking about girls and sex created a climate of openness that I don’t think would be easy to achieve otherwise. Everyone knew that we’d be dealing with a sensitive but critically important area, and there was a lot of discussion. Barb’s DVD, knowledge and personal manner, along with her commitment in this topic area and the remarkable atmosphere of the gathering, made this a very worthwhile evening.

Life coaching has been very helpful to me.
