Who is this for?

This workshop is for any parent/guardian feeling at a loss on how to help their girls with their friendships/social lives and any parent who is tired of seeing their daughter struggle. This workshop is for parents who want to teach their daughters how to be socially successful, engaged, and happy.

This content is focused on girls' friendships in middle school and high school.

Format:

You will learn practical tips on how to support your daughter, communicate effectively, and help her build healthy, lasting relationships.

 I’ll share my 30 years of knowledge in girls’ friendships while also allowing time for us to have open conversations, share experiences, and explore strategies that actually work in the real world. Whether your daughter is navigating a tough time with her friends, or you just want to be prepared for the future, this workshop is a safe space to learn, share, and connect with other parents.

 Come with your questions, concerns, and an open mind. I’m here to help you help her—because every girl deserves positive, supportive friendships.
